AdaptHealth slides on downbeat annual core profit forecast

** Home medical equipment provider AdaptHealth's AHCO.O
shares down 15.2% at $7.17, near 8-month low
** Company lowers FY adj EBITDA outlook to $630 mln-$650 mln
from $650 mln-$680 mln
** AdaptHealth says Q3 EBITDA fell short of expectations
mainly due to unplanned delays in implementing a contract to
provide home medical equipment to Humana HUM.N Medicare
Advantage members
** AdaptHealth lowers upper end of FY 2023 sales forecast to
$3.19 bln from $3.20 bln, keeping lower end at $3.16 bln
