** Shares of Adbri Ltd  ABC.AX  jump as much as 7.2% to
A$1.715, on track for best day since Oct. 20, if gains hold 
    ** Construction materials firm sees positive impact of last
year's price increases, as well as further pricing gains in 2023
across most product lines 
    ** Expects cost headwinds to persist in 2023, particularly
in the areas of energy
    ** Stock hits highest since April 24
    ** Stock down 3.3% this year, as of last close
