it will divest itself of cancer blood test maker Grail,
following Illumina's loss in its legal battle against U.S.

investor Carl Icahn.
- Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group 8306.T agreed to buy Link
Administration LNK.AX in a deal valuing the Australian
financial technology company's equity at A$1.2 billion ($805.20
million).
- Building materials supplier Adbri ABC.AX said it has
received a takeover offer from U.S.-based CRH CRH.N and the
Barro Group that values its equity at around $1.41 billion.
