The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 25 September 2024 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") relating to the EUR 3,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
of Adecco Group AG, Adecco International Financial Services B.V., and Adecco
Financial Services (North America), LLC unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed by Adecco Group AG.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with
the base prospectus dated 15 May 2024 (the "Base Prospectus").
