Adecco revenue tops forecasts with strong growth across regions

May 13 (Reuters) - Adecco Group ADEN.S reported better-than-expected first-quarter results on Wednesday as the staffing company said its Adecco brand had double-digit growth in Iberia, the Nordics, North America, Latin America and Asia.
The Swiss company said its revenue hit 5.66 billion euros  ($6.64 billion) in the three months to the end of March, beating forecasts for 5.56 billion euros in a company-compiled consensus.
