** Shares of Adesso ADNGk.DE are up 2.2% in early
Frankfurt trade after the German IT service provider on Thursday
reported Q1 results propped by positive one-offs urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASM000AK8
** The company's Q1 sales rise 29% to 209.8 million euros
($220.54 million); EBITDA at 27.9 million euros vs. 35.8 million
euros year ago, including one-off effects
** The group says the EBITDA decline was smaller than
expected as positive operating development and additional
one-offs from acquisitions helped offset a negative one-off
effect from divested company
** It confirms 2022 EBITDA outlook of EUR 90-95 million, but
says higher EBITDA contribution in Q1 creates a good starting
position for further business development over the year
** The stock is seen at the top of German small-cap index
