    Germany's Adesso to acquire Turkish SAP consulting firm arteno

    Feb 20 (Reuters) - German IT service provider Adesso
 ADNGk.DE  said on Tuesday it would acquire Turkish SAP
consulting company arteno.
    With a purchase price in the low to mid single-digit million
euro range, the transaction is expected to be completed in the
near future, the company added.
