Adevinta slides after Schibsted sells stake at discount

** Shares in Adevinta  ADEA.OL  fall 6% after Schibsted
 SCHA.OL  sold 24.5 mln shares in the Norway-based marketplace
specialist at NOK 70 per share ($7.12)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN32Q2GK 
    ** The sale price was 9% below Adevinta close price on
Wednesday of NOK 77
        ** Schibsted, which is Adevinta's major shareholder,
said the block sale corresponded to 2% of Adevinta's issued
shares
  
        ** According to Adevinta's website, Schibsted held a
33%-stake in the company as per Sept. 30, 2022
