Australia's MedAdvisor rises on appointing new CEO

** Shares of healthcare app firm MedAdvisor  MDR.AX  rise as
much as 7.1% to A$0.15, their best intraday gain since May 17 
    ** Says it has appointed Rick Ratliff as its new chief

    ** Ratliff has been in the healthcare and pharma tech sector
in Australia and the United States for over three decades, MDR
says
    ** Current CEO and MD Robert Read will remain on the board
as an executive director to ease the transition 
    ** CFO Simon Glover resigns, general manager of finance
Annabelle Grant appointed interim CFO
    ** Stock down 64.6% YTD, as of last close
