Adial Pharma jumps on data for alcohol abuse drug

** Shares of drug developer Adial Pharmaceuticals  ADIL.O 
rise 12% to $1.11 premarket 
    ** Co says AD04, its lead drug candidate being developed to
treat alcohol-use disorder in heavy-drinking patients, showed
safety and tolerability consistent with an existing treatment
    ** Study enrolled 30 healthy adult volunteers, ADIL says
    ** Says completion of the study satisfied an FDA requirement
for the upcoming late-stage trials of the oral drug
    ** Co plans to meet with FDA in Q4 2024 with the results of
the study
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~47% YTD
