Adicet jumps on plan to test cell therapy for autoimmune diseases

** Shares of drug developer Adicet Bio  ACET.O  rise 11.9%
to $1.97 premarket
    ** Co is expanding development of its experimental CAR-T
cell therapy, ADI-001, into autoimmune diseases with plans to
start an early-stage study in Q2 to test the therapy in lupus
nephritis patients 
    ** Lupus nephritis is a disease in which the body's immune
system attacks the kidney
    ** ACET is currently testing ADI-001 in a type blood cancer 
    ** Co also plans to submit an application to the U.S. FDA to
begin clinical trials on another experimental therapy for a type
of kidney cancer in Q2
    ** ACET stock fell 78.9% in 2023
