** UBS upgrades rating to "buy" from "neutral"; raises PT to $30 from $22

** Says ADNT likely to raise FY26 guidance to a potential $14.6 billion vs. prior forecast of $14.4 billion

** Adds FY26 EBITDA was originally guided to $845 million and it sees $880 million as a new likely level

** Stock rose 11.26% in 2025
