** Shares of car seat maker Adient Plc  ADNT.N  up 3.12% at
$17.85
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday percentage gain since Jan. 6
    ** Co posts Q1 adjusted EPS of 27 cents, above analysts'
average estimate of 19 cents, according to data compiled by LSEG
    ** Expects lower end of adj. EBITDA outlook range for FY25,
due to FX and lower customer volume in EMEA and China
    ** In November, co said it expects adj.-EBITDA of 850 mln to
900 mln for FY25
    ** Stock stayed flat in 2024
