** Biotech firm Aditxt Inc's shares  ADTX.O  fall 50% to $5
- biggest pct loser across U.S. stock exchanges 
    ** If losses hold, shares of ADTX will hit record one-day
pct low 
    ** Co announces the pricing of $20 mln stock offering of
more than 3.3 million shares with accompanying warrants at a
combined price of $6  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBw15B0bba
    ** ADTX intends to use the net proceeds from this offering
for general corporate purposes, and potential acquisitions of or
investments in businesses
    ** H.C. Wainwright & Co is sole placement agent for the
offering, which is expected to close on Sept 20
    ** Co currently has 1.11 mln outstanding stock, and market
cap of 11.51 mln - Refinitiv IBES data
    ** Including session losses, stock down ~81% YTD
