Aditxt surges on clinical trial deal with Mayo Clinic

** Shares of drug developer Aditxt Inc  ADTX.O  surge ~25%
to $0.82 premarket 
    ** Co's unit signed a clinical trial agreement with Mayo
Clinic to advance studies targeting Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) 
    ** SPS is a rare acquired neurological disorder
characterized by progressive muscle stiffness and repeated
episodes of painful muscle spasms
    ** Deal will include pre-clinical and clinical studies of
co's experimental drug, ADI-100, to treat certain types of
neurological disorders starting with SPS - ADTX
    ** The trial is expected to begin this year enrolling about
10-15 patients - ADTX
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~43% YTD
