** 73.2 mln shares in AITT changed hands in a block deal worth 9.98 bln rupees ($112.5 mln) on NSE - exchange data

** E-commerce giant Flipkart likely to offload its entire 6% stake in Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands through a block deal, NDTV Profit reported citing term sheet

** Flipkart Investments Pvt Ltd held 73.2 mln shares or 6% stake in AITT as of June 30, exchange data shows

** Trading vols at 9 mln shares, 7x the 30-day average

** AITT down ~12% from opening price of trading debut on June 23
