** India's Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands AITT.NS drops 6.4% to 160.03 rupees

** Stock listed at 167 rupees on National Stock Exchange of India vs discovered price of 170.95 rupees

** Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) ADIA.NS hived off its flagship lifestyle brands unit as a separate entity in May, aiming to raise growth capital to strengthen its balance sheet

** AITT houses four lifestyle brands - Louis Phillippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly and Peter England

** Motilal Oswal initiates coverage on AITT with "neutral" and PT of 190 rupees

** Brokerage expects 10% annual revenue growth rate over FY25- 28, led by acceleration in store count additions and improvement in store productivity

** ABFRL's shareholders will have identical shareholding in Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands, ABFRL had said
