** Aditya Infotech AITN.NS surges 59.1% to 1,074 rupees in debut trade

** Co, known for its CP Plus brand of surveillance devices, valued at 125.90 bln rupees ($1.43 bln)

** Co's 13 billion-rupee IPO subscribed 100.69 times

** Institutional investors' portion subscribed 133.2x, non-institutional 72x; retail investors bid for ~51x the shares on offer

** New shares worth 5 bln rupees issued, while existing investors from Khemka family that owns co, sold existing shares worth 8 bln rupees

** Co plans to use IPO proceeds to repay borrowings
