Adler Group to renew contract for CEO Thierry Beaudemoulin

June 1 (Reuters) - German property company Adler Group
 ADJ.DE  said on Thursday it would extend its contract with
Chief Executive Officer Thierry Beaudemoulin as a part of the
company's restructuring plan.
    The group would also appoint Hubertus Kobe as Chief
Restructuring Officer (CRO).
    Adler Group also said in a statement that Thomas Echelmeyer
would be approved as a director and member of the board of
directors in addition to his current role as CFO at a
shareholders meeting on June 21.
