Adler Group welcomes UK court approval for restructuring plan

April 12 (Reuters) - Adler Group  ADJ.DE  welcomes the
approval of its restructuring plan issued by the High Court of
Justice of England and Wales, the company said on Wednesday.
    "With the positive court decision of the High Court in
London, we may now finally implement our restructuring plan,"
said Adler's Chairman of the Board of Directors Stefan Kirsten.
