 This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required
under DTR 3.1.2. 
 
 On 11 March 2016 Geraint Jones (Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer) and
Kevin Chidwick (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's US direct insurance
business, Elephant Auto), a person discharging managerial responsibility
within Admiral Group plc, were each awarded 92 shares under the Admiral Group
Approved Share Incentive Plan (SIP) at a strike price of £19.47.    
 
 Geraint Jones and family now hold a total of 50,466 ordinary shares in
Admiral Group plc, following the acquisition of the above award and 114 shares
under the SIP dividend reinvestment plan. 
 
 Kevin Chidwick and family now hold a total of 110,369 ordinary shares in
Admiral Group plc.
