Adds new items, updates futures
March 6 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.51%.
* BANKS: Britain's Treasury Committee said nine top UK banks and building societies suffered at least 803 hours of unplanned tech and systems outages in the last two years.
* INFORMA: Informa INF.L said it is aiming for double-digit growth in group revenue in 2025, after reporting an 11.6% rise in 2024.
* RECKITT: Reckitt RKT.L, missed expectations for fourth-quarter like-for-like net sales, posting a 4.6% rise.
* ENTAIN: Entain ENT.L reported a 12% rise in annual adjusted core profit and said it was comfortable with market expectations for 2025.
* ITV: ITV met market expectations with a 11% rise in 2024 earnings, reflecting record profit in its Studios production business, an improved margin in Media and Entertainment (M&E) and cost savings.
* MELROSE : GKN Aerospace owner Melrose MRON.L maintained its 2025 outlook after reporting higher annual profit.
* HARBOUR: Harbour Energy HBR.L swung to an annual loss in 2024 as the UK's windfall tax for energy companies wiped out most of its pre-tax earnings, the company said.
* ADMIRAL: Admiral Group ADML.L reported a near-doubling in annual pre-tax profit.
* SCHRODERS: Schroders SDR.L outlined plans to cut 150 million pounds ($194 million) from its costs over the next three years in a strategy update aimed at rebooting flagging performance at the 221-year-old British money manager.
* COMMODITIES: Oil rose, gold inched up and London copper touched a near three-week high.
* EX-DIVS: HSBC Holdings HSBA.L, Rio Tinto RIO.L, Dr Martens DOCS.L, PZ CussonsPZC.L and Berkeley Group BKGH.L will trade without entitlement to its latest dividend pay-out.
