** Online hiring services firm AD1 Holdings Ltd  AD1.AX 
falls as much as 10.5% to A$0.034, their lowest since July 8
    ** Completes A$2 mln ($1.49 mln) placement at issue price of
A$0.032/shr to partly settle second tranche of Art of Mentoring
acquisition, among other things  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGLF3WW4mw
    ** Issue price represents a discount of 15.8% on their last
closing price on Oct. 18
    ** Placement via issue of 63.5 mln shares, representing
22.8% of co's free float of 278.43 mln shares
    ** Sees worst day since Oct. 15
    ** Trading volumes were over 805,000, more than double their
30-day moving avg. of about 370,000 shares
    ** Stock was on a trading halt since Oct. 19; down 19.2%
this year as of last close
