ADRIATIC METALS PLC ("ADRIATIC")

 

CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF ADRIATIC SHARES

Further to the announcement on 3 September 2025 that the Scheme for the
acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Adriatic by
Dundee Precious Metals Inc. has now become effective in accordance with its
terms, Adriatic confirms that:

·      the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading
of Adriatic Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00
a.m. today, 4 September 2025; and

·      ASX Limited has cancelled the listing of Adriatic CDIs on the ASX
with effect from 4:00 p.m. (AEST) today, 4 September 2025.

the same meanings as set out in the Scheme Document. All references to times
in this announcement are to London, United Kingdom times unless otherwise
stated.
