Notice of Annual General Meeting

Adriatic Metals PLC (ASX:ADT, LSE:ADT1, OTCQX:ADMLF) announces that its Notice
of Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") is being made available to
shareholders today on the Company's website www.adriaticmetals.com.

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will take place on
Wednesday, 18 June 2025 at ‎9:00am (London time) ‎(4:00pm Australian
Western Standard Time) at the offices of Troutman Pepper Locke UK LLP, Second
Floor, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AB, United Kingdom‎. Full details on
how to attend the AGM are contained in the AGM Notice.

The Notice of AGM is expected to be posted to those shareholders who have
elected to receive a hard copy on or before 15 May 2025.

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31
December 2024 continue to be available on the Company's website at
www.adriaticmetals.com/investors/financial-reports/

Shareholders are encouraged to register their votes on all the resolutions
contained in the AGM Notice in accordance with the explanatory notes set out
in the AGM Notice as early as possible.

A copy of the AGM Notice and the associated Form of Proxy and CDI Voting Form
are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be
available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
