Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that on 4 January 2023, Vin Murria, Chairperson,
purchased 10,635,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 75.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Concurrently, on 4 January 2023 Vin Murria's husband, Sunil Bhalla, sold
10,635,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 75.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transactions, Vin Murria's direct interest in the Company
is 17,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 13.14 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company, and Sunil Bhalla has no direct
interest in the Company. There is no change to the combined holdings of Vin
Murria and Sunil Bhalla.
