Cannabis REIT AFC Gamma up on raising quarterly dividend

** Shares of AFC Gamma  AFCG.O  jump ~3% to $21.30 
    ** Raises dividend for the quarter ending Sept. 30 by about
13.2% to $0.43, vs June quarterly dividend of $0.38  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX86gSZ3
    ** New quarterly dividend is payable on Oct. 15 to common
shareholders of record on Sept. 30 - AFCG
    ** AFCG provides commercial loans to cannabis growers in
Canada and in U.S. states where cannabis is legal for medical
and personal consumption
    ** Including session's moves, REIT is up ~12% this year from
IPO price of $19 on March 19
