Annual General Meeting

 

Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the
world-leading specialist in tissue-healing technologies, will hold its Annual
General Meeting at 11.00 am today at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30
Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.

 

Chris Meredith, AMS's Chief Executive Officer, will give a short presentation
at the Annual General Meeting.  No new material information will be provided.

 

The results of the AGM will be announced to the London Stock Exchange and
placed on the Group's website, in the usual way, as soon as practicable after
the conclusion of the AGM.

 

As advised to the market on 23 June 2025, Juliet Thompson will be appointed to
the Board following the AGM and will be appointed as Chair of the Audit
Committee, as well as joining the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
