** AMSU confirms it received unsolicited proposal on April 30 from H.B. Fuller Company FUL.N regarding possible cash offer for potential takeover

** Adds, talks with H.B. Fuller are ongoing and there can be no certainty that firm offer will be made

** H.B. Fuller must announce firm intention to make offer for co by June 18

** As of last close, AMSU down ~0.92% YTD
