** Shares of Advanced Share Registry Ltd  ASW.AX  rise as
much as 32% to A$0.165, on track for their best day, if gains
hold 
    ** The registry services provider enters a scheme
implementation deed with Automic Enterprise Pty Ltd 
    ** Says under the deal, Automic Enterprise to acquire all
fully paid ordinary shares of ASW by way of a scheme of
arrangement
    ** Says ASW shareholders will receive A$0.165 per share
under deal 
    ** The scheme consideration represents a 32% premium to
ASW's last close 
    ** Co's shares hit highest level since March 1 
    ** ASW down 34.2% YTD, as of last close
