Oct 25 (Reuters) - Advancer Global Ltd  ADVN.SI - 
    * Company has increased its investment in its wholly-owned 
subsidiary, Advancer Global Facility 
    * Co to subscribed additional 3 million new ordinary shares 
of S$3 million in AGF via cash 
    * Cash portion of AGF share subscription was funded through 
group's proceeds raised from initial public offering of company 
    * AGF share subscription is not expected to have any 
material impact on net tangible assets per share or earnings per
