    * Says it plans to issue 850,000 new shares via private
placement
to Advantech Co., Ltd. 2395.TW , at the price of 1,098 yen per
share, to raise 933.3 million yen in total, with payment date on
April 27
    * Says it will distribute 154,310 shares of its treasury
common
stock at 1,098 yen per share through private placement to
Advantech Corporate Investment Co., Ltd, to raise 169.4 million
yen in total, with payment date on April 27
    * Proceeds to be used to fund IoT business, M&A and business
and
