    ** Co signs joint development agreement with Hyundai Motor
Company  005380.KS  after completing a fuel cell technology
assessment
    ** The assessment evaluated ADN's Membrane Electrode
Assembly (MEA) technology for supplying Hyundai’s fuel cell
needs
    ** Under development agreement, both cos plan to work on
further developing the MEA technology and evaluate ADN's
advanced fuel cell technology for Hyundai's various applications
    ** ADN fell 74.2% last year
