24.7% at $3.28 in premarket trading 
    ** ADN receives official contract from the European Union
for its "Green HiPo" IPCEI project  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nBwgV4WSa
    ** The Green HiPo project involves development, design and
manufacturing of high-temperature proton exchange membranes
(HT-PEM) fuel cells and electrolysers for production of power
and hydrogen
    ** As of last close, stock fell ~62% this year
