    * Adventus - unit signed a jv agreement with panthera 
company to set up Regis Bay Vietnam Investment Joint Stock 
Company 
    * Project company therefore requested for a loan from adv s1 
in form of convertible loan valued at VND60 billion 
    * Adventus holdings ltd - in order to acquire project land, 
project company needs funds of VND200 billion 
    * Adv S1 has decided to lend a convertible loan of US$2.7mln 
to project company
