July 21 (Reuters) - Adventus Holdings Limited  ADVE.SI : 
    * Proposed disposal of all the shares in the capital of 
Apphia Advanced Materials Pte Ltd 
    * Entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Lim Keng 
Hock Jonathan and Tecnisco Limited 
    * Pursuant to sale and purchase agreement, consideration for 
sale of paid up capital of target company shall be an amount of 
S$1.4 million 
    * Pursuant to agreement co shall dispose of its entire 
interest in share capital of its unit, Apphia Advanced Materials
