Director / PDMR shareholding

 

ADVFN announces that it was informed on 3 December 2024 that on 2 December
2024 Anthony Wollenberg, director, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Anthony Wollenberg is interested in 225,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.49% of the issued share capital of the Company.
