Directorate Change

 

The Board of ADVFN announces that Jon Mullins is stepping down from his
position as a director with immediate effect. Mr Mullins has made a valuable
contribution to the Company during his tenure and the Board thanks him for his
service.

 

The Company is in the process of identifying a successor to Mr Mullins as
finance and technical director. In order to facilitate an orderly handover of
responsibilities, Mr Mullins will continue to provide financial consultancy
services to the Company on an interim basis. In the meantime, Amit Tauman
will assume Board responsibility for finance. A further announcement will be
made in due course.
