The Board of ADVFN PLC announces that the Company has received the following TR-1 notification which is set out below without amendment. The Board has noted that Box 7 of the TR-1 has been incorrectly completed and should state the total number of voting rights of ADVFN, which currently amounts to 25,703,846 ordinary shares.
