Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

 

The Board of ADVFN announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be
held on 16 December 2024, at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of RPC, Tower Bridge
House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1AA.

 

A copy of the formal notice of the AGM (the "Notice"), together with proxy
voting forms, is being posted to all shareholders who are required to receive
or have formally requested to receive these documents and a copy will be
available on the Company's website at www.advfnplc.com.
