Fourth-quarter EBITDA fell 1% to 508.6 million euros; revenue flat at 942.5 million euros.
EBITDA margin in fourth quarter was 54%, above company guidance of at least 50%.
It proposed a dividend of 0.30 euro per share; sees dividend growing at least 5% per year until 2028.
"We are at the heart of the sector’s ongoing technological transformation," CEO Paolo Bertoluzzo said.
