** Shares in Spanish real estate company Aedas Homes AEDAS.MC jump about 11% after peer Neinor HOME.MC said on Friday it approved launching a second takeover bid for minority shareholders of Aedas
** Neinor said it would launch a second bid at 24 euros ($27.66) per share if its 21.335 euro bid fails to attract at least 50% of minority shareholders; that is a premium of 12.5% compared to the original bid
** "We consider a further price improvement highly unlikely and would recommend that minority shareholders of Aedas Homes accept the 24.0 euro per share takeover bid," Renta 4 analyst Javier Diaz says
** Minority shareholders hold about 20% of the share capital in Aedas; private equity firm Castlelake, which owns about 80%, has already agreed to sell at the previous bid price
** If gains hold, Aedas stock will see its best day since January; Neinor stock is up around 1%
