Aug 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

    TELEFONICA  TEF.MC  
    Spain's Interior Ministry awarded Telefonica two out of
three lots in a public contract, worth nearly 138 million euros
($151.65 million), to provide the National Police with
telecommunications services, according to Spanish newspaper
Expansion.
    
    AEDAS HOMES  AEDAS.MC  
    Aedas Homes has closed the purchase of the real estate
company Inmobiliaria Espacio for 50 million euros ($54.95
million), Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias said on Wednesday citing
unidentified real estate sector sources.
