Aug 15 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

    ACS' CIMIC said on Wednesday that CPB Contractors'
subsidiary Broad Construction won a contract to build
Rockhampton Hospital Adult Mental Health Inpatient unit in
Australia.

    The company said on Wednesday it formalised the acquisition
of Promociones y Propiedades Inmobiliarias Espacio. 
    
    GRIFOLS  GRLS.MC  
    U.S. investment firm Flat Footed has acquired a 3.13% stake
in Grifols, Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on
Thursday. 
    
    COLONIAL  COL.MC , BANKINTER  BKT.MC  
    Colonial has managed to close transaction and has
transferred the residential rental property of its Madnum
project to Bankinter for 130 million euros ($143.17 million),
Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.
