BORGES AGRICULTURE & INDUSTRIAL NUTS BAINS.MC

CNMV said on Monday that the delisting takeover bid submitted by Borges International Group for BAINS had been accepted by 95.87% of the shares to which it was addressed.

Borges International Group said on separate filing it will make a squeeze-out offer for the remaining shares.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica's CEO Marc Murtra on Monday said the press reports about his company hiring a consultancy firm to evaluate the acquisition of Vodafone were "speculation", Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday.

NEINOR HOMES HOME.MC, AEDAS HOMES AEDAS.MC

A recent ruling by the Spanish top court will delay a project awarded to Neinor Homes and Aedas Homes, among others, to build the Valgrande housing project in Alcobendas, north of Madrid, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Tuesday.
