TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Spanish telecom company Telefonica said late on Friday it had reached an agreement with New York-listed Millicom International MICC.F to sell 100% of the shares of its Ecuador unit for $380 million.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra started talks with Leonardo LDOF.MI and Rheinmetall RHMG.DE to submit a joint bid for the defence business of Italian group Iveco IVG.MI, el Economista reported on Saturday, citing unnamed sources close to the operation.

NATURGY NTGY.MC

Naturgy plans to revise its investment plan in Spain due to the blackout and the political crisis, Spanish news website El Confidencial reported on Monday.
