Aedifica tops Belgium's blue-chip BEL20 index after it raises FY earnings outlook

** Aedifica  AOO.BR  shares jump 6.3% after the Belgian
healthcare real estate investment co raised FY EPRA earnings
outlook 
    ** The shares are top of Belgium's blue-chip BEL20 index
 .BFX , heading for their best day in about 4 months 
    ** Aedifica raises its 2023 EPRA earnings per share forecast
to at least 4.95 euros per share, against 4.85 euros per share
guided previously 
    ** "It is the second time this year Aedifica increases the
guidance," says KBC Securities in a note, adding that Q3 results
"beats our expectations,"
    ** Co posts end-Sept EPRA earnings of 167.3 million euros,
up roughly 24% on the same period a year earlier, and beating
the 161.9 million expected by KBC analysts
