French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Oct 29 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

Aedifica NV AOO.BR:

Healthcare real estate company Aedifica reported nine-month rental income rose 8% to 271.8 million euros and raised its full-year EPRA earnings per share estimate to approximately 5.10 euros from 5.01 euros.

ASM INTERNATIONAL ASMI.AS:

Semiconductor equipment maker ASM International reported Q3 revenue of 800 million euros with net income of 384.1 million euros and orders of 636.8 million euros, and forecast Q4 revenue of 630 to 660 million euros. The company expects revenue to grow in 2026 despite a slow start and projects a double-digit year-on-year decrease in 2026 China revenue, while confirming 2025 revenue growth at close to 10% at constant currencies.

Assystem ASY.PA:

Engineering group Assystem reported nine-month revenue of 484.2 million euros, with nuclear activities accounting for 76% of revenue, and maintained its full-year 2025 targets.

BIC SA BICP.PA:

French consumer goods maker BIC reported third-quarter revenue of 519 million euros and cut its full-year sales growth outlook to -1.5% to -1%, while expecting an adjusted EBIT margin of around 13.7% and signed an agreement to sell its Cello stationery activities in India.

COMPAGNIE DES ALPES CDAF.PA:    French ski resort and leisure park operator Compagnie des Alpes reported full-year sales of 1.40 billion euros, up 8.9% on a comparable basis, and raised its full-year EBITDA growth guidance to slightly above 15% from around 15% previously.

GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ (ELOGEN) GTT.PA:

Gaztransport et Technigaz's subsidiary Elogen was selected by Royalstav and Veolia for a renewable hydrogen project in Slovakia, with on-site installation scheduled for 2026.

M6 MMTP.PA:

French television broadcaster Metropole Television reported Q3 revenue of 269.2 million euros with advertising revenue of 220.7 million euros stable versus Q3 2024, while EBITA rose slightly to 37.5 million euros and operating margin increased 0.6 percentage points. The company confirmed its 2028 streaming revenue guidance exceeding 200 million euros but expects a decline in the TV advertising market in Q4 2025.

NETHERLANDS/ELECTIONS:

SECHE ENVIRONNEMENT CCHE.PA:

French waste management company Seche Environnement reported third-quarter consolidated revenue of 295.5 million euros and confirmed its full-year revenue target close to 1,180 million euros, with nine-month contributed revenue up 8% and 4% at constant rates.

VETOQUINOL VETO.PA:    French veterinary pharmaceutical company Vetoquinol reported nine-month sales of 384 million euros, with operating profitability remaining high for the first nine months of the year, in line with the first half of 2025.
