ING GROEP NV INGA.AS: Dutch banking group ING Groep announced it will pay 0.172 euros per share on January 15, 2026, as part of a distribution plan of up to 1.6 billion euros to shareholders. VERALLIA SA VRLA.PA: French glass packaging manufacturer Verallia appointed Cristina Riesgo as Group Chief Financial Officer effective March 1, 2026, and rescheduled its Capital Market Day from January 21 to Q3 2026. ARGAN SA ARGAN.PA: French logistics real estate company Argan reported Q4 rental income of 53.3 million euros with an occupancy rate exceeding 99%, and secured an investment program for 2026 of close to 165 million euros.
