    The Belgian real estate company announced on Thursday the
acquisition of a care home in Liège for 29 million euros ($30.03
million) and two additional development projects in Finland
worth 8 million euros.
    
    Cofinimmo  COFB.BR  
    The Brussels-listed firm said on Thursday it had completed 
portfolio divestments worth more than 110 million euros this
week, exceeding its divestment outlook for this year.
    
    Covivio  CVO.PA  
    The French group said on Thursday it had acquired the
Iberostar Las Dalias Hotel in Tenerife for 81 million euros.
    
    Eiffage  FOUG.PA  
    The French construction company on Thursday won a contract
to renovate 569 social housing units in Dunkirk for 36.7 million
euros.
    
    Vinci  SGEF.PA  
    The Paris-listed infrastructure group on Thursday won two
transport infrastructure contracts in Czech Republic for a total
value of 417 million euros.
